When it comes to bringing in quarterbacks, few do it more often than the Cleveland Browns. However, the next QB they want won’t step on the field.
Despite their brutal lack of success, the Browns have a nice defensive cornerstone in place with Myles Garrett and will likely have the top pick (again) in the 2018 draft where they could take a shot (again) at a franchise quarterback like Sam Darnold or Josh Rosen.
